This is the story of a collaboration where data became a true engine for transformation. By combining Kaeyros Analytics’ analytical expertise with Swinkel’s innovation ambition for its Bavaria brand, a leading brewing company and a major FMCG player in Central and West Africa, this partnership demonstrates how companies can digitally collect data and transform it into strategic decisions and sustainable performance.
Our collaboration began with a simple challenge: how can managers gain real-time visibility into field operations?
Like many organizations, Swinkel’s Bavaria subsidiary had access to information generated by its teams. However, this information was scattered, reported at different intervals, and did not always enable managers to take timely action.
Kaeyros Analytics therefore designed a digital data collection solution allowing teams to submit information directly through WhatsApp. The collected data was automatically consolidated into a dynamic dashboard, where it could be analyzed, segmented, and filtered by country, region, city, or agent.
The impact was immediate: no more waiting for weekly or monthly activity reports filled with multiple errors. Field information became available in real time and evolved into a genuine operational management tool.
Better Managing Field Teams
Following the first project delivery, Bavaria wanted to gain real-time visibility into the activities of its merchandisers — a strategic need to optimize field operations management.
Kaeyros Analytics designed and deployed a solution that now enables teams to record their arrivals, departures, breaks, and activities directly through WhatsApp, without requiring any additional application.
These automatically centralized insights, displayed through an intelligent dashboard, provide a consolidated view of team punctuality, attendance, and field activities. Managers can monitor employee performance by city, region, or country.
This centralized visibility makes it possible to quickly identify areas for improvement, implement action plans, and most importantly, measure their impact.
Beyond simple attendance tracking, this solution transforms field information into a true operational management tool, providing every level of management with the indicators needed to optimize resource allocation, improve team coordination, and strengthen overall organizational performance.
Turning Every Stock-Out into an Opportunity to Act
In the FMCG sector, a stock shortage represents much more than an empty shelf or an unavailable product.
It means lost revenue, lower customer satisfaction, and an opportunity for competitors to gain market share.
To address this challenge, Kaeyros Analytics once again digitalized Bavaria’s commercial process.
When a stock-out is detected in the field, it is immediately reported through WhatsApp. An order is automatically generated, assigned to the sales representative responsible for the area, and tracked until delivery.
What previously required multiple exchanges and manual follow-ups has become a smooth, traceable, and data-driven process.
Understanding Consumers to Make Better Decisions
Data is not only used to manage internal operations. It also helps companies better understand their markets.
Through a digital tasting platform and an interactive WhatsApp-based raffle, Bavaria can now collect consumer preferences, consumption habits, feedback, and suggestions.
These insights provide marketing teams with a deeper understanding of their customers and help them adapt their offers, campaigns, and growth strategies.
Every interaction therefore becomes a source of strategic intelligence.
Beyond Digitalization: A New Way of Executing Operations
This collaboration reflects a core belief shared by Kaeyros Analytics: companies do not need more data. They need better information.
By transforming data into actionable insights, organizations can identify challenges faster, understand their root causes, and make decisions based on facts rather than assumptions.
The Bavaria experience demonstrates that digital transformation is not simply about replacing manual processes with digital tools.
It is about making data useful, revealing what was previously invisible, and providing decision-makers with the right information at the right time.
Because when data becomes understandable, it stops being just a number: it becomes a driver of decision-making, innovation, and sustainable performance.
